People speak of the ‘new normal’ consisting of masks and gloves and maintaining a certain physical distance. The importance is in how you choose to respond to an uncertain environment. With your coach, you can explore the ways you view uncertainty and learn to lean in to ambiguity. You will learn new ways of coping that don’t tap out your physical, mental, or emotional resources.
